What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 packs — one squad or one small event is a normal order — with volume tiers that make thousand-piece campaign runs behave sensibly.

How fast will my drawstring backpacks arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished packs ship in about 2 weeks from your approved proof, with real express available for race and event dates.

Why do drawstring bags always tear at the bottom corners?

Because the cord doubles as the shoulder straps, so every newton the bag carries is funnelled to the two points where the cord exits at the bottom corners. A bare punched hole concentrates that load on raw fabric and tears out in weeks. Ours land the cord on a folded webbing patch, bartacked and finished with a metal grommet — the corner spec is on every quote. Flip your current bag over; you will know in one glance which build it has.

What is the difference between your cord and a cheap one?

Shape and braid. Round braided polyester cord runs freely through the channel, cinches shut in one pull, and lies tolerably on a shoulder. The flat shoestring cord on bargain packs saws its own channel open, jams when cinching, and digs like wire under load. Cord type and channel construction are stated on our quotes.

What fabric do you use?

Stated deniers — numbers, not adjectives. 210D nylon on the classic (light, opaque, season-proof), 600D polyester on the heavy-duty, and sublimation-grade polyester on the full-print. If a drawstring listing anywhere does not tell you its denier, the fabric is the reason it does not.

Screen print or all-over print?

Screen print for logos and type in up to a few colours — bold, economical, the classic look. All-over sublimation when the design should own the whole panel — patterns, gradients, photographs — proofed on the die line with seams marked. Both sit on the same honest build, and we will tell you plainly which suits your artwork.

Can you match our team or brand colours?

Yes — stock fabric shades cover most team palettes, prints are matched to your PMS references, and full-print work reproduces artwork colour directly. Colours, artwork and the whole spec are held on file, so reorders and new intakes match the packs they join.

Do you make zippered backpacks, duffels or cooler bags?

No. Framed and zippered backpacks, duffel bags, gym holdalls and cooler bags each have their own specialist — several inside our own family of makers — and we will point you to the right one. Everything here closes with one pull of a cord.
