Why we exist

Three specifications separate a season-proof pack from a fortnight one, and promo listings mention none of them.

**The corners.** Every newton the bag carries lands where the cord exits at the bottom. Our corners fold a webbing patch into the seam, bartack it, and finish the exit with a metal grommet — the load spreads instead of tearing. The corner build is on every quote.

**The cord.** Round braided polyester runs freely, cinches in one pull, and sits tolerably on shoulders. Flat shoestring cord — the bargain-pack default — saws its channel open and digs like wire.

**The denier.** Fabric weight is a number. We print it: 210D nylon on the classic, 600D on the heavy-duty. A listing with no denier on it is describing fabric it would rather you not weigh.

What we actually make

Classic 210D packs — the everyday workhorse. Heavy-duty 600D sportpacks with doubled seams for boots, wet kit and tools. All-over full-print packs proofed on the die line. Event and race packs on committed dates with venue splits. School and team programmes reordered by roster. And volume runs by the thousand against a held file.

Every quote states the fabric denier, the corner build, the cord type and the print method.

What we do not make

Zippered and framed backpacks — a real backpack is its own product with its own specialist. Duffel bags and gym holdalls. Cooler bags. Lunch bags. Each has its own maker — several inside our own family — and we will point you to the right one.

And we will not quietly swap in thinner fabric to win a price war. A translucent pack with your crest on it advertises exactly one thing, and it is not your crest.

The tests you can run yourself

Flip any drawstring bag over and look at the bottom corners. Webbing patch, stitching, grommet: built to carry. Bare fabric with a punched hole: built to tear.

Pull the cord with one hand. A round braid cinches the mouth shut smoothly; a flat lace jams, bunches, and has already started sawing the channel.

Hold the fabric up to a window. If daylight comes through like a lampshade, the denier was too low — and so, probably, was the price.

How we price

No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with fabric, print method and quantity — and the corner reinforcement is standard at every tier, because a drawstring pack without it is a countdown. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one. Ask that supplier for their denier and their corner build; enjoy the pause.

On printing

Screen printing carries logos and type boldly — artwork is redrawn for panel scale where school crests need it, because a crest that reads on a letterhead can vanish on a bag across a sports hall. All-over sublimation prints the fabric before sewing, so full-bleed designs are proofed on the die line with seams and cord channel marked — where the pattern lands is a decision, not a surprise.
